Randstad Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading, mission-driven Not-for-Profit provider in Western Australia to appoint a General Manager of Clinical & Service Quality.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will provide high-level leadership across clinical performance, compliance, and excellence. This is a "seat at the table" role where you will embed a culture of contemporary practice and sustainable growth across a diverse and geographically dispersed portfolio.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Strategic Clinical Governance: Drive a culture of excellence and practice that ensures peak regulatory achievement and contemporary evidence-based delivery.

  • Operational Excellence: Align clinical practice across multiple operational units, ensuring consistent quality, education, and knowledge-sharing strategies.

  • Risk & Compliance: Embed sophisticated quality measurement and monitoring strategies to mitigate risk and ensure business scalability.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively build robust relationships with internal leaders, families, government bodies, and commissions to enhance the organization's reputation.

  • People Leadership: Provide coaching and mentorship to Managers across Allied Health, Compliance, and Clinical Excellence to build workforce capacity and resilience.

What You Bring

We are seeking a candidate who aligns with strong community values and possesses the clinical authority to lead large-scale teams.

  • Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Health; additional qualifications in Management or Leadership are highly desirable.

  • Clinical Registration: Current, unconditional AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse).

  • Leadership Experience: Significant management experience in a senior clinical development or leadership position, ideally within Aged Care, Disability, or Community services.

  • Expertise: A proven track record in designing and implementing clinical strategies and leading person-centered, quality-compliant services.

  • Influence: Exceptional partnering and advocacy skills with the ability to influence at a Board and Executive level.

Requirements

  • Current Driver’s Licence.

  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months).
